　　公司現(xiàn)有員工360多名，其中具有工程師以上專業(yè)技術職稱的工程技術人員20人，工程技術人員中具有中級以上職稱的人員8人，企業(yè)有職稱的經(jīng)濟管理人員3人，企業(yè)主要管理人員3人，具有資質的（或相當于）項目經(jīng)理6人，技術負責人具有（或相當于）中級職稱8人，部分技術負責人從事海洋石油工程施工技術管理工作超過15年；公司生產(chǎn)操作技術工人310多名，各工種均經(jīng)過專業(yè)技術培訓，持有相應的崗位證書，其中具有特種操作證書的280人，具體包括：低壓電工操作證36人，高壓電工操作證28人，中級鉗工證38人，管線6G焊接證書的80人，結構6GR焊接證書的83人，雙相不銹鋼管線焊接證書15人。
　　Company has more than 360 existing staff , which has more than 20 engineering and technical personnel who have the title of engineer and above , 8 persons got intermediate or above titles among engineering and technical personnel. Company has 3 persons who have the title of economic management, 3 corporate key management personnel. 6 qualified (or equivalent) project managers, 8 technical leaders who have intermediate job title (or equivalent), part of the technical leaders have more than 15 years experiences in offshore oil engineering construction technology management work. More than 310 skilled workers about production operation. Every type of work all has undergone professional and technical training, holding corresponding certificate, with special operation certificates of 280 people, including: low-voltage electrician operation certificate of 36 people, high-voltage electrician operation certificate of 28 people , intermediate fitter certificate of 38 people, pipeline 6G welding certificate of 80 people, structure 6GR welding certificate of 170 people, duplex stainless steel welding certificate of 15 people.
　　公司自成立以來，參與了中海油以及國內(nèi)外多個項目的結構、配管預制和安裝、機電儀安裝維修項目，以及橇塊制作、常壓容器制作、集裝箱、吊籃制作等項目。具體包括如下：分別參與了旅大5-2、春曉、天外天、南堡35-2、番禺30-1、蓬萊19-3單點、現(xiàn)代USGF等平臺的制造和安裝工程、潿洲6-9/6-10井口平臺建造結構建造、番禺4-2/5-1平臺結構及配管建造和海上安裝、文昌13-6平臺配管建造及海上機電儀、配管專業(yè)安裝，恩平24-2/西江2-3DPPB鉆機模塊電儀訊安裝、東方1-1氣田項目機械、暖通及電儀訊專業(yè)安裝，WZ11-1N、WZ6-8項目以及崖城26-2-1隔水套管制作，新加坡吉寶遠東的半潛式鉆井船建造以及挪威Sevan Marine的世界第一個圓筒型浮式鉆井平臺建造，美國SUPER M2自升式鉆井平臺高低壓管線的預制與安裝，350 POB海洋平臺生活高低壓管線的預制與安裝，廣州石化520萬噸/年蒸餾項目，廣州石化千萬噸改擴建等工程。維修方面，參與了東方1-1氣田中心平臺大修、東方終端大修、潿洲11-4平臺大修等項目。橇塊制作方面，參與了伊朗項目油水分離器橇塊制作、番禺34-1化學注入橇制作、油氣平臺井口管匯橇制作、墾利10-1油田管匯橇制作等。

Weizhou 6-9/6-10 wellhead platform structure manufacture、Panyu 4-2/5-1 platform structure and piping manufacture and offshore installation、Wenchang 13-6 platform pipe manufacture and offshore electromechanical instrument 、pipe installation、 Enping 24-2/Xijiang 2-3DPPB rig module electrical/instrument/communication installation、Dongfang 1-1 oilfield project machinery、HVAC and electrical/instrument/communication installation, WZ11-1N,WZ6-8 project and Yacheng 26-2-1 waterproof casing manufacture, Singapore Keppel Far East semi-submersible drilling ship manufacture and Norway Sevan Marine the world first cylindrical floating oil drilling platform manufacture、American SUPER M2 jackup drilling platform high and low pressure piping prefabrication and installation、350 POB offshore platform living high&low pressure piping prefabrication and installation、Guangzhou petrochemical 5.2 million tons per year distillation project、Guangzhou petrochemical millions of extension.
